CWN’s Jason Butterfield Discusses Changing Office Environment

Jason Butterfield, Senior Director of Brokerage Services at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq (CWN), recently discussed the dramatically changing office environment with reporter Tim Sherno of KSTP-TV.

The story highlights new CWN research showing how tenants are making more collaborative use of their space by “cubing” or “hoteling” in an effort to drive greater efficiency and cost savings. These changing office trends demonstrate that the office of the future for some may look a whole lot different than the office of the present.

“You might have 50 employees that have cubes today, going forward they might be in 10 different ‘hoteling stations’ where they’re not working from an office, they might be working from home,” Jason noted.
